PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In order to carry out the brokerage and/or insurance service relationship we will establish with you, in particular;

- Creating your policies and submitting the necessary documents in this context to the insurance companies
- Providing information and support regarding your policies, updating your existing data
- Sending your policies to you
- Renewal of expired policies
- Making addendum operations
- Determination of the damage status of the insured who have insurance
- Notifying final consumers with policy premium debts of open maturities via sms or e-mail
- Enabling you to receive support services by bringing you together with companies that provide assistance to insurance companies

It may be processed in order to exercise our right of defense or to fulfill our legal obligation if requested by us within the scope of a duly legal process.
Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the legal statute of limitations.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN THE DOMESTIC
Your personal data is transferred to insurance companies so that we can serve you as a requirement of the priority business. However, from time to time, your personal data may be transferred to companies specialized in that field or to the servers of the applications we use so that we can carry out certain activities. For example;
- We can transfer your data to cargo companies in order to deliver your policies to you.
- If you are included in our SMS sending list, or if you are included in our bulk e-mail list, only your data necessary for the realization of the said activity can be transferred to the companies that send bulk e-mails.
- If we need technical support, the consulting firms and switchboard company from which we receive support may need to access our systems from time to time, so that your data in the relevant systems can be accessible to these companies. However, we take the necessary measures to prevent these companies from using your personal data.
- From time to time, if you agree, your data may be transferred to companies that cooperate with you for campaign purposes. Your data is also transferred to banks for collections to take place.
- Upon your request, as much of your data is transferred to companies that provide assistance to insurance companies.

- It can be shared with insurance companies and other brokerage firms in order to provide our services.
- In order for us to exercise our right of defense, we may share it with our lawyers and relevant institutions within the framework of our obligation to fulfill legal requests such as court decisions or evidence requests, provided that it is in accordance with the law and procedure.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES ABROAD
In some cases, we may transfer your personal data to the following recipient groups abroad for the specified purposes.
- We may be working with a third party company located abroad to send mass e-mails to keep you informed of developments, promotions and innovations. We can only share your personal data necessary for this purpose with these companies.

YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;
- To learn whether the Company processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- You have the right to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom.
In addition, you have the right to request the Company to correct your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and to inform the recipients whose data has been or may have been transferred.
You may request the Company to have your personal data destroyed (deleted, destroyed or anonymized) within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you can request that the third parties to whom the data has been or may be transferred be informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your destruction request, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the conditions of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we have chosen the destruction method we have chosen.
You may object to the results of your personal data analysis, created exclusively using an automated system, if these results are contrary to your interests.
If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request the removal of the damage.
Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; Applications regarding these rights to our Company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
In this context, applications to be made to our Company in writing, by printing out the form;
- With the personal application of the Applicant,
- through a notary public or
- By being signed by the Applicant with the secure electronic signature defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company registered e-mail address [email protected],
- It can be sent to us by e-mail sent from the e-mail address that the Applicant has previously notified to our Company and registered in our Company's system.
